A: Usually the material we used to produce tokens are stainless steel, brass, red copper, cupronickel, zinc alloy, iron and so on.
Q2: What color can you make for the tokens?
A: Stainless steel tokens can be in its natural color only. Brass tokens can be in gold, silver or bronze color.
Q3: What size can you do make?
A: We can make any size as per customers’ request. Stainless steel: Diameter 15-40mm, thickness:1.5-2.2mm. Brass: Diameter: 15-40mm, thickness: 1.5-3.0mm.
Q4: Can you make tokens with customized design? What is the mould fee?
A: Yes, we can make any design as per customers’ request. Mould fee is USD 80, which can be refunded if first order quantity reaches 30,000 pcs.
Q5: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 5,000 pcs.
Q6: Can you make some samples as per our design? Can designs on both sides be different, price is different?
A: Yes, it is OK to make samples, samples charge is mould fee USD 80, which can be refunded if first order quantity reaches 30,000 pcs. Designs on both sides can be different, mould fee is same.
Q7: Can you make 3D design?
A: Yes, we can make 3D design, mould fee is USD 400 per side.
Q8: What format you need for the design?
A: The design format can be JPEG, PDF, CDR OR AI.

A: Yes, we have stock design for choosing, here are some designs.
Q10: Can you send you some stock samples for testing?

A: Yes, we sell stock tokens, usually they are stainless steel tokens with size 25 x 1.85mm.

A: It depends on the material and size, usually is 7 days only.

A: It depends on the material, size and order quantity, it is 15-30 days after we receive payment and approval of design.

A: The tokens are packed 500 pcs in a poly bag, 1 bag in a box, and 5 boxes in one carton.

Q1: What material do you have for your redemption ticket?
A: Usually the material we used to produce redemption ticket are 160g offset paper, 180g offset paper and 180g coated paper.
Q2: How many color mostly can you make on redemption ticket?
A: Maximum 5 color can be printed on redemption tickets.
Q3: What size can you do make?
A: Full size 50.8 x 29.2mm, Half size 25.4 x 29.2mm, 8 Ticket size 31.75 x 29.2mm.

A: Yes, we can make any design as per customers’ request.
